Right of Withdrawal and the Consumer Goods Act
When you purchase goods through Scandinavian University Press (Universitetsforlaget), both the Consumer Goods Act and the Right of Withdrawal apply. This means that if you find defects in your order or for any reason regret your purchase, you can, according to the right of withdrawal, return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. When you wish to return an item, it is important that you fill out the return form and attach it to the return shipment.
We refund the purchase price when the item is returned.
A cancellation form is included with your order. You can also download it here.
Please note that if you return the item because you no longer wish to purchase the item, you will have to pay for shipping yourself. Click here to read more about the right of withdrawal. Click here to read more about the right of withdrawal.
