3.1.1 Invoicing and part payment

In collaboration with Collector Bank, we offer a secure and easy invoice and part-payment solution. The service offers you a one-time credit as payment for your purchases. The one-time credit means that the credit is tied to the individual purchase and that you as a consumer have no further outstanding credit relationship with Collector Bank.

When choosing the invoicing option, the payment period is 14 days. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided or to your address on the National Register, depending on the method of distribution chosen at the point of purchase. When choosing the invoicing option, you can choose to pay the full amount immediately or alternatively log in to bill.lindorff.no and apply for a part-payment agreement.

In order to use the service, you must have a permanent and official Norwegian residence at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to individuals, and assumes that you are in good financial standing and have a good payment history.

A credit check is performed in connection with the purchase. The credit assessment is carried out by Collector Bank. The information will not be stored by Universitetsforlaget (Scandinavian University Press). Your personal information will only be used by Collector Bank in order to determine whether or not to issue credit. In the case of overdue or non-payment, there will be a overdue-payment fee, interest on the overdue payment, plus any applicable costs pertaining to the recovery of the debt.

Collector Bank customer service will help you with any questions regarding your invoice or part payment. Contact customer service by email at bill@lowel.no or by phone at +47 23 17 11 56, Monday–Friday 8am–4 pm.
